Privacy

The core device tests are designed to process media and input signals in your browser. The test engine does not upload microphone recordings, webcam frames, keyboard events, or gamepad input to our application server.

Temporary microphone recordings and webcam snapshots created by the test stay in the page or browser memory unless you explicitly save something on your own device. Leaving or reloading the page clears the in-page test state.

Camera and microphone permissions are controlled by your browser and operating system. You can deny or revoke them at any time. Device Check cannot bypass those permission controls.

If analytics or advertising are enabled in production, those third-party services may process technical, consent, and advertising data according to their own policies and applicable regional requirements. The production deployment must disclose the active services and provide required consent controls.

Device Check intentionally does not require an account for the core tests. Do not rely on a browser test as the sole basis for a safety-critical, repair, warranty, or purchasing decision.
